That said, I’ve worked with plenty of larger agencies - even those doing $100k, $200k, $300k+ per month - who still don’t have those foundations in place. In those cases, I’ll often recommend they join 3x Scaler first. Why? Because even if you’re already at multiple 7 figures, without the right infrastructure, you’ll struggle to double, triple, or quadruple your revenue. 3x Scaler is a done-with-you program. Growth Retainer - Hands-On Scale

The Growth Retainer is for agencies doing at least $2-$3M/year. It’s a done-for-you engagement designed to take you from $3M to $5M, $10M+ per year. I put together a 6-12 month roadmap for how we’ll scale, and then I get very hands-on inside your business.

I’m in Slack daily. I’m coaching you as the founder, coaching your heads of department, writing copy, building and executing your paid media strategy (Google, Meta, etc.), setting up HubSpot, sitting in on interviews, designing retention systems - the works. For the first 3-4 months, my team and I do a lot of the execution to move fast. Then from months 4-6, I transition into coaching your internal team so you’re no longer reliant on me.

This includes weekly founder 1:1s, paid media catch-ups, HubSpot reviews, and sales coaching with me and a sales coach (reviewing decks, calls, pipeline, prioritization). I work closely with your team to level up their skills - not just as a consultant, but as a true agency coach and mentor who’s in the trenches with you. We focus on retention, acquisition, ops, hiring, and growth. It’s intense - usually 3-4 meetings per week - because it’s designed to put your business into hyper-drive.

Choosing the Right Program

Once you apply, I’ll recommend the program that gives you the highest likelihood of success. Sometimes that means starting with 3x Scaler even if you’re bigger. Sometimes it means going straight into the Growth Retainer. And sometimes, it means neither - if I don’t think the timing is right.

Most of the founders in this program make at least 5–10x their investment back - often within the first couple of months. This program is designed to be super affordable for small agencies. I’ve had one-person agencies join, and I’ve had two-person agencies join - so if they can do it, you probably can too.
